Scheduling the trial after you’ve bought ‘the’ dress is pretty helpful as it guides the whole look and focuses the mind as to how you’d like your hair and makeup however you don’t need to bring it with you and a picture will suffice. We normally suggest planing the trial 1-3 months before the wedding date.
Daylight is always preferable for your trial and do remember artists are often very booked up at weekends at weddings.
If you have any hair accessories or a veil already purchased then these are helpful to bring but we’re used to working without them so don’t worry if you haven’t decided on them yet.
We wouldn’t suggest bringing tons of people with you as sometimes lots of opinions doesn’t help!! But a best friend, bridesmaid or Mum is fun. I’d select them on their positive vibes!
It’s good to wear your hair and makeup ‘look’ for an hour or so and take a look at it in different mirrors in your home to get used to it.
The trial is approximately 1.5 hours for hair or makeup and 2.5 hours for both
None of our artists are affiliated with a particular brand so all use a mix of high quality makeup products in their kit.
Our artists are all very popular so we always ask for a deposit first to hold your wedding date in their diaries before booking in your trial.
No, and you are just liable to pay for the trial and any travel charges incurred. Please read our T&C.
Your artists will work this out for you at the trial, however as a rough guide for approximate timings we suggest 2 hours for bridal hair and makeup and and 1 hour per person for everyone.
Terms & Conditions
We take a 25% deposit at booking time to confirm your artist for your wedding date.
Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
All of our prices include VAT.
Your wedding date is confirmed only once we have received your booking deposit by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer.
Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking.
The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by circumstances.
Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.
All further payments after the booking deposit (at your bridal trial or before the wedding) are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the wedding date.
We take a 50% deposit of the remaining balance at the trial and the balance one week before the wedding date This is paid directly to the artist.
It is the clients responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivity.
The trial is normally 1-4 months before the wedding date and is either at the artist’s home or salon. They may be able to do it at your home. Your artist will be able to advise you of their availability and location.
During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays. Your artist will be able to advise you of availability.
Individual lash application is by request.
If you would like to have your trial at your home then travel is charged by the artist at the rate.
If were not happy at trial with your hair and/or makeup and choose not to go forward with your booking you will receive back the deposit minus the cost of the trial at AED 500 for makeup or hair and AED 1,000 for both. If your deposit was less the cost of your trial then the difference is owed directly to the artist (plus any travel charges).
The packages include a trial for the bride only. However, trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost.
Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by the artist on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
